This nine-day journey begins in ‘The Fairest Cape’ where world-class food and wine are experienced alongside unrivalled mountainscapes, and ends in the Kruger National Park, one of Africa’s most revered game reserves.
There’s little that can prepare you for your first sighting of Cape Town, as few cities in the world can compare to it for its combination of dramatic mountains, picturesque vineyards, stunning beaches and urban energy. It just has that special something that consistently captivates the hearts of all who visit. This is best showcased with a stay at 21 Nettleton, where the unique personal experiences and superb views are the best in the city. Each of the private and individually styled suites in this boutique hotel are appointed with the finest modern amenities and ideally placed to appreciate the expansive views and stunning landscape. The focus here is to provide guests with a memorable, personalized and tranquil stay.
Located within a Big Five private game reserve in the Greater Kruger Park area, Jabulani, with its six superior suites and the exclusive Zindoga Villa, offers a unique opportunity for gracious living in a five-star luxury lodge. Each elegant suite is luxuriously furnished and features both a private deck and a plunge pool. A proud member of Relais & Châteaux, Jabulani is a place to indulge your every sense, a place to explore the African wild and reconnect with nature, experience amazing wildlife and enjoy superb cuisine. Jabulani began with a herd of elephants being rescued nearly twenty years ago. The devoted elephant carers share insightful stories of their life journeys with the herd, whilst you have the opportunity to respectfully observe the elephants as they enjoy their midday swim, forage in the wild and return to their stables in the evenings.

All year round is good due to opposite rainy seasons between the two destinations although March, April and May or September, October and November are generally agreed to be the ideal months for a Cape Town and Kruger combination.
Only South Africa included here. For details on entry requirements check here: http://www.dha.gov.za/index.php/immigration-services/types-of-visas
In South Africa, you will only be able to pay in local currency, the South African Rand or by credit card. It may be a good idea to exchange a small amount of currency into South African Rand at the airport when you arrive into South Africa so you are not caught off guard in the airport or shortly after arrival. Alternatively, it will be easy enough to draw Rand directly from an automatic teller machine. You will be able to pay safely with a credit card everywhere you go in South Africa although it is useful to know that many outlets do not accept American Express so it would be better to travel with either Visa or Mastercard.
Easily customisable to extend or reduce stays or even substitute a property with another. The order of destinations can also be reversed.
Generally safari stays are booked further in advance than your average city or beach destination and so we recommend 6 – 8 months minimum. In addition, both 21 Nettleton and Camp Jabulani are small, unique properties with limited availability.
Payment is required in advance and can be made by credit card or bank transfer. A deposit is required to secure your bookings and the balance is due by 60 days prior to travel.
